Registration of Seller at eBay auction
So you have passed the first phase of registration at the network eBay auction: “Buyer registration at eBay”, gained some experience, feel familiar and are ready to start selling. First of all you need to “upgrade” your eBay account and get Seller status. With such account you can sell and buy at the same time.

Country
Then you will be asked whether you are agree to pay for services of the auction using your card, to confirm it click “Submit”.
Displaying lots for sale.
As you, probably, already know, before you put your goods on sale, you must be registered on the network auction eBay and receive the status “Seller”.
First of all think over all the details. Never act at random. Before displaying the Lot weigh all the pros and cons. Do not forget that there are millions of experienced eBay sellers, and if you make a mistake, then they will sell their lot not you. Check the similar lots, study price competition, habits of buyers, read this article, forums and only then begin.
In ideal it is better to start with shopping, because no one will have business with the Seller who has zero rating. If you feel that you are ready to put up lots for sale click “Sell” at the top of any page.
1) Choose the format of the sale (Selling Format)
Initially, you should select auction format. It is a set of rules, which will define the merchandise selling. You choose between Auction Style (Lot will be conducted at auctions) or Fixed Price (Lot sold for a fixed price without bargaining).
2) Choose a category (Category)
Displaying goods at the auction you should already have a clear idea in what kind of category to put your lots. The easiest way to determine this is to hold mini-research and determine in which of the categories / subcategories posted the greatest number of goods, like yours. If there are more than one category, you can, for a small fee, place your Lot in two subcategories. But there is no sense to place Lot in clearly inappropriate category - Lot will be removed from the bidding, and the systematic violation of the rules can make your account to be blocked.
3) Creating an effective title and description
An effective headline is one of the key factors contributing to the successful sale of the goods. Please note that the majority of the buyers will find your lot through the auction search engine and your title should contain the greatest number of keywords. Make sure that the grammar of your headline is correct and it does not contain errors, otherwise it will not be found. 4) The starting price and product image
Enter the starting price (Start Price). It is not so simple a task as it appears. If you start with a symbolic bid amount, there is always the likelihood that the final price will not satisfy you. And if starting price is too high - Lot simply can be not bought. Try to balance the starting price and make it best for the start of bidding. It is good if you provide the opportunity to buyers to purchase a goods without bargaining, taking advantage of a paid option.
Determine the length of bidding. It can be 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days. Many sellers are trying to calculate the end of bidding on the weekends when activity of Buyers of is the highest. Also, keep in mind the difference in time.
Add photos of the goods. Availability of high-quality images is necessary to the successful sale of Lot.
