Elektrobit Company promised to release a two-mode HSPA phone in 2009; this phone is able to work with a traditional mobile as well as with sputnik signal.
The model which was presented at CTIA Wireless 2008 exhibition has a touch display, QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, USB port and is operated by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.
The device is equipped with 100 Mb of embedded memory and supports 4 GSM ranges and3 WCDMA/HSPA ranges. Within USA territory this model can work in TerreStar sputnik network. There is no other information about the device availability in other countries.
